| As well as producing her own sculpture, Kate has worked as a teacher of stone carving for the past ten years in public and private education. Kate's no nonsense, methodical methods enable all students attending one of her stone carving courses to achieve the best results. |

| Although much of her teaching is now based at the Stone Carving Studio, Kate also takes stone carving into the community working on large scale community sculpture projects. (see mobile studio) |
